Up-to-date and clean

I've lived here for 1 year so far. The apartment is up to date and clean. Office and maintenance staff is very professional and courteous. The grounds are well kept.It's a great community for children, and surprisingly quiet.

We love it here!

As residents of Larkin Creek for the last 16 months, we love it here! We love the heated pool, the friendly management, the excellent maintenance team, the coffee hour is a good way to get to know our neighbors. Management does a nice job with the summer picnic.

The maintenance crew is terrific!

I've been a resident for 13 years at Larkin Creek. The maintenance guys (Tim and Scott) are terrific. They not only respond to a call right away, but also do a great job. As a bonus the personnel ladies are wonderful about everything I ask them about.
